Cable labels, wrap-around markers, cable tie markers, and cable tags – from a single cable schedule.
When there are hundreds of cables, the value of marking does not come from an individual label, but from printing the entire cable schedule at once in the correct order. Kroko X6, Kroko 600 ElectricPro, and Kroko Autoprint cover both individual cables and bundle-level marking for cable trays and data centers.
A cable offers more space and often more information to convey: identifier, origin and destination, route, cross-section, and sometimes a barcode. The marker must also withstand handling during cable pulling and often outdoor exposure.
With cable bundles, the goal is to mark the entire assembly – a tray, bundle, or route – making cable tie markers and larger cable tags the most natural solution.
All markers can be produced from the same cable schedule using Kroko Autoprint.
The simplest and most common solution: a rectangular label applied to the cable end or jacket. Suitable for identifiers, route information, and barcodes when needed. With X6, larger and more graphical labels can be printed compared to simple wire markers.

Wrap-around or self-laminating marker wrapped around the cable. Text can be repeated so the identifier remains readable from any angle, and the laminating tail protects the print. With Autoprint, different size markers can be produced from the same dataset for various cable diameters.

When marking a bundle rather than an individual cable, a marker attached with cable ties or a carrier plate is used. The Kroko range includes UV-stabilized cable tie models as well as flexible and rigid carrier plates, making the solution reliable even outdoors and in dusty environments.

Flag markers and larger tags provide ample printable surface for long identifiers and dual data entries – such as origin and destination on the same marker. The X6 is the natural device for these, as the marker also accommodates barcodes or QR codes.

Outdoors, in humid spaces, and under chemical exposure, material choice is critical. The selection includes UV-stabilized cable ties as well as chemical- and heat-resistant materials; the right option is always selected based on the operating environment.

Excel, CSV, or DXF from engineering. Data can be filtered by enclosure or route, for example.
Both ends print automatically, and bundle markers can also be generated from the same line if needed.
